Are NASCAR ONE Packages refundable?

All sales are final, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Therefore, NASCAR ONE Packages are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to the full policy here.

Where will I get my package details and race day schedule?

After purchasing your NASCAR ONE Package, you’ll receive emails from our team leading up to race day. We’ll send you everything you need, including your race week schedule, Garage and Pit Pass information, and other important event details approximately 3 weeks, 2 weeks, and 1 week before the race.

How early should I arrive at the track on race day?

Arrival times vary depending on your package and the race day schedule. You’ll receive all the details—including when to arrive to make the most of your experience—in the emails we send leading up to race day.

Can I visit the pit area or garage with my package?

Yes! NASCAR ONE packages include garage and pit passes, allowing you to see teams preparing cars and experience the action up close. Access may be limited to certain times based on NASCAR regulations.

Does my NASCAR ONE package include race admission?

NASCAR ONE Packages are an add-on and do not include admission. A valid Daily Grandstand or Grounds Pass Ticket for the same day is required to purchase and use this experience.

Are minors able to participate in NASCAR ONE experiences?

Minors (under 18, or under 19 in Alabama) may attend during VIP access hours but must leave garage and pit areas 30 minutes before on-track activity begins. As tracks are typically “hot” on Saturdays, minors are not recommended for Saturday-only NASCAR ONE packages.
