Can I add tickets to my order after it has been processed?
You can add tickets to an existing order if seats in your selected section are still available. Please contact us to ensure we can arrange your seats together.

How do I access my tickets?
Tickets are typically delivered via the mobile app. You will receive instructions on how to access them before the event. For more information, please visit https://www.manutd.com/en/apptickets.
How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets are fully digital. You will receive an email closer to the event date containing step-by-step fulfillment instructions on how to access and download your digital tickets to your mobile device.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. Some tickets may be transferable - please check the event details or contact us for assistance.
When will I receive my tickets?

Is the date and kick-off time confirmed?
Premier League games are confirmed approximately 6 weeks prior to the game, therefore do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed (any games that are still to be confirmed will always reference "Date & KO TBC" during the booking process). Can I bring guests that support the away team?
Facilities are located in the 'home' section of the Stadium. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of visitors to the Stadium on a matchday, the Club may refuse to admit entry or eject anyone who is visibly supporting the opposition team and/or whose behaviour may create and/or increase potential crowd disorder and/or result in a reaction from other ticket holders.
What is the dress code for Matchday Hospitality Packages?
The majority of our packages have a casual dress code. The only exception is the No.7 Suite, where a smart-casual dress code is implemented (smart jeans are permitted - no sportswear including trainers or football shirts. Note, this dress code does not apply to children under 16). Tailored shorts are permitted.

Across all packages there are strictly no away team colours or tracksuits or jogging bottoms, no attire displaying offensive language or imagery and the Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.
Are there any age restrictions for Matchday Hospitality?
All guests in Matchday Hospitality areas under-18 require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them, and babies will need their own ticket.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
If you have specific requirements including halal, kosher, vegan etc. or any allergies please inform us of this no later than 5 days prior to the fixture by emailing manutd@experiencesbyelevate.com.

How do I exchange my tickets if an event is postponed / cancelled?
All fixture dates and kick-off times are subject to change due to broadcast scheduling, competition progression, or other circumstances beyond our control. Whilst we will endeavour to notify you of any changes as soon as possible, we recommend checking the official Manchester United website regularly for the latest fixture information. In the event of a postponement or abandonment, your tickets will remain valid for any rearranged fixture.
